I dunno, I can picture Stella and Thatcher meeting easily? Like, a Canadian citizen could be mixed up in one of Stella's lawsuits and Thatcher would get involved. I mean, Elaine, Frannie, Thatcher, Maggie and Stella all work in law enforcement (or in Stella's case, as a lawyer) and could thus meet professionally.

But yeah, you're right that Frannie does come off as being social and open.
