The Language of Power by Rosemary Kirstein (#4 in the Steerswoman series)
I saved this up for three years after reading #3, and wow, was it worth saving up! These books are so entirely tailored to my tastes and interests, and it is such a treat to start reading a book just knowing that you are going to love every word of it. ♥ I liked the return of [character from earlier book], and also that Bel is present, unlike in book 3. And the continued plot and worldbuilding is great.

Reading this book made me question my reading/rereading balance. Right now I'm not doing much rereading, because there are so many potentially good/interesting books I haven't read. But OTOH reading new books is kind of hit-and-miss, and there are a lot of books I could reread and know that I would love. Hmm. When I was younger I reread books a lot.
