Thank you for hosting this month! I haven't been around as much and as regularly as I wanted to, but it's been really helpful to have the daily posts as the kind of lowest-grade-pressure I needed in the second half of this month. ;op

I wrote a lot of nonfic today so far; long private mail, blog post, and threw in an alibi sentence on a WIP for good measure.
I managed to finish my exchange story, and wrote about my usual word count of about 8k for it which is good as I'd feared I wouldn't reach even the minimum, if I finished at all. After that I failed at working on my major WIP as I'd intended, but at least worked some at the other intended, smaller, WIP, and fiddled around with a few other WIPs in preparation of the March event. So, overall I'm satisfied enough.

Day 28: 600 words.

My main goal was to make progress on the Flight of the Heron ghost fic, 'although I won't aim to finish it as I have no idea how long it's going to be yet'. Well, that was accurate, as it's now over 13,000 words and will need at least another couple of thousand to tie everything up—I think it has gone very well! I also wanted to sign up for once_upon_fic and begin on my assignment, which I have done, if sketching ideas counts as a beginning. :D

I wrote my 500 words as usual, with a good flow. Total word count 22,200.

My goal for February was to finish this Flight of the Heron WIP; I estimated that it would be 20K. Well, I haven't finished it, but that's because it will be more like 25K… but I'm quite happy with the month's writing.
