I am relieved about the following things:

1) I have sent in my Big Bang story
2) amplificathon is over

Maybe I was crazy to do both of these at the same time, but anyway, now I'm done. I still don't feel entirely happy about the Big Bang story, but I did what I could and now I've sent it in and it's out of my hands.

Maybe now I can do small spontaneous things, like write snippets or flashfic! Or think about the other story ideas that I've been putting on hold because of the Big Bang story. Also, will soon post a list of my Amplificathon podfics.

Wow - you did the Big Bang AND amplificathon at the same time?? You rock for participating in both!

And I feel the same way about my fic, and part of me wishes I had a couple more months to really fine-tune it (and make it even bigger LOL). I can't wait to read yours, btw!

And YES to doing snippets again, or flashfic, or just acknowledging plot bunnies instead of corraling them.

I thought it was hard to handle a 20,000 word fic--I can't imagine what yours would be like. I'm looking forward to reading it, though! It'll be perfect to print out and bring along to my Internet-free month in the mountains.
