Various fannish pursuits
1) I posted some podfic recs over at Amplirecathon. Check out the other recs as well! I have gotten recced multiple times, which is making me happy. I am especially glad that Horseshoes and Hand Grenades got recced, because I am still so proud of that podfic. abbybanks. I am really happy with how it came out! And sage posted a snippet for me, with the working title of Mountie!Caroline. The premise is that Bob was shot instead of Caroline when Benton was young. Sad to say, I haven't done any more work on that since--the thing is, my Big Bang fic is also an AU of the pilot, and I couldn't hold them both in my head at the same time.
3) Speaking of my Big Bang fic (the Temeraire/due South fusion), it's now at 17,000 words, and is fairly close to being done, but I am not sure if it will reach 20K. Feel free to kick me in the butt and tell me to finish it...
4) I have already decided exactly what I want to request for Yuletide, barring new fandoms that take me by storm. Am I the only one?
