You have no recent revealed gifts that I can see—the Yuletide ones are still unrevealed. So I would guess it is a bug and you should leave those emails unread, though it's a very strange one—I've not got an email, nor have I heard anyone else say they have. Mysterious!

This clearly isn't my time right now. On top of everything else I just had two days of moderate migraine due to the crazy weather changes and storm. Such fun. Not.
Still got things written as I had to;
Day 20: 1,5k, mostly writing manuals for my voluntary job (I finally got one or two future colleagues for the job, but now have to fully train them in using our CMS and CMSes in general ;o) ), and one review.
Day 21: 517 words for the Nostalgia project.

Huh! I'm like regshoe; I've received none. I wonder what the glitch is that's affecting you, and if it's worth reporting it to AO3.

Yes, I'll be reporting them! But not until after reveals, when I can open them and see what's actually in them.

Day 22: alibi paragraph so far, but I write during the evenings so I'm hoping to make 1,000 words by tonight. (I made 1,000 words yesterday too, with like half an hour until midnight lolsob.) Linguistics sci-fantasy, although I'm about 2/3 through the draft and it's due in early June 2024, so barring ATTACK VELOCIRAPTORS I'm in great shape. :)

Okay, made it to 1,000 words on linguistics sci fantasy + 500 words on "book synopsis for trad pub, how do" - I am baffled that people want yet another opinion on the latter because this is a very well-worn topic but okay, why not, also I am bored and what I know isn't complicated to impart. That said, I will probably next instead write random essays on something more fun like "melody, how do" or "harmony, how do" or "orchestration, how do." XD

Well, I hope you are spared the attack velociraptors, and good work with the 1,000 words! I do like making harmonies, but it's mostly something I do when I sing with my sister, without much regard for theory.

On Day 22, I realized I had a minor plot error in the current chapter, so I reworked the last few days' writing, and after deletions and additions, I had 217 more words than when I began the work.
