Today, I wrote a screenplay--a first for me--specifically 516 words in a screenplay template for a short nature mockumentary called "Snow Slugs of the Tundra" as part of my present for my husband for Christmas.

Dec 13th - 1080 words, a 1k challenge fic and final edits on tonight's fic.

Every week I tell myself I don't need to write the full 1k for this challenge (1k is the limit) and ever week, even when I have no idea what to write for the prompt, I somehow end up using every word, and usually cutting some out to meet the word count. Where do all these words come from? It's so weird. I think my characters come up with the stories and I just type them up.
