Mispronunciations, argh.
It's quite annoying to realize you've been mispronouncing a word that occurs all the time in the story you're recording. Must re-record and edit, arrgh. (The word is "tapestry", which I was saying as "TAY-pes-try" but which is supposed to be "TAH-pes-try".)
On that note, anyone feel like beta-listening to this podfic? It's
aria's The Dark Is Rising story No Second Coming. It was supposed to be my final Amplificathon entry, but then it got delayed and I missed the deadline. Ah well. It'll be done in a day or two, and will be about 1 hour and 45 minutes long. You probably need to know canon to appreciate it, so don't feel like you have to volunteer if you haven't read the books. : )
