Mystifying AO3 stats

I have not looked at my AO3 stats in probably years, but I checked on them now and was very surprised! The two fics which have by far the most kudos, as in twice as much the runner-up, are my two Temeraire fics with William Laurence/Napoleon Bonaparte. Really??? *boggles* I didn't think Temeraire was that large a fandom, and it's a rather rare pairing within that fandom. I mean, they are not bad stories and the second one especially is rather funny, which is always a gift to be able to write. But still, I wonder how that happened?

The story with by far the most hits (three times as much as any other story), the most comments (twice as much as any other), and the runner-up in the kudos department is my Left Hand of Darkness story The End and the Way, which was a Yuletide story. This pleases me, since I think it's one of my best stories, period.
