concrit_x is running again in July! I did this last year and thought it was fun: you get assigned two writers to give concrit, and get concrit from two people. Definitely going to do it again.
As thanks for a donation for an abortion fund,chestnut_pod has recorded a a podfic of A Woman of Anarres, a snippet of The Dispossessed fic I wrote for Yuletide. I enjoyed it a lot, including her headcanon that Pravic has rolling r:s.
I have finally made my way onto Discord, and am currently dipping my toes in the bookbinding discord (wow, it's huge, and I am intimidated!) and also a small and friendly Age of Sail one wheresanguinity has made a Flight of the Heron channel. It's lovely to get to get some more interaction in my small fandom, and fun to see new people discovering the book.
I'm at 47K with my current longfic, and have just posted the second chapter on AO3! But I think I should take a little break with that one soon and write something whichregshoe can enjoy during my upcoming trip. regshoe, you can choose between 1) an epilogue to the "That Good Faith" series, with Keith and Ewen in their sixties, or 2) Ewen as a student in Paris, being seduced by French aristocrats. Or actually the second one would probably benefit from visiting Versailles first, so I should wait with that one...sorry, I guess I didn't leave you much choice!
