I am eating my homemade yoghurt and watching the dawn over the lake. It is the calm before the storm (the storm being when my sister and her husband and kids get up, and my housemate and her mom gets up, and then my parents arrive). But it is lovely to be able to host so many people at my new place!

On Day 24, I have a BUNCH of things and two social obligations, so I sat down in the morning and edited half of chapter 3, adding some important context to the Big Talk that is the chapter's center. It feels like the overall story needs less tweaking than I'd feared. Onward!
