Done with my Librivox audiobook!

I've finished with recording Volume 2 of Peter Kropotkin's autobiography "Memoirs of a Revolutionist"! Woohoo! You can download it here if you're interested. There's more info about the book and a link to Volume 1 here, and also some reflections about recording for Librivox vs recording podfic.
I am looking forward to getting back to podfic, but I do feel accomplished at having recorded a whole book, too--both volumes together are about 16 and a half hours, so it's by far the longest thing I've ever recorded. \o/

Yes, I've read Four Ways To Forgiveness, and remember being moved by it, but it must've been more than ten years ago. It's on my to-reread list. I'm glad she's written so much! It means there's always something to reread. *g*
I read her in translation at first (I remember that my first reading of The Dispossessed was in Swedish, and I also read the Earthsea books in Swedish when I was young) but I've been reading her in English for a long time. From what I remember, the translations were fine, but since I enjoy her prose so much, I prefer to read it in the original.
And do think about it! : )
