My hands are hurting. I've had problems with them for years, and sometimes it's better, sometimes worse. Now it's worse, but I know what helps--being outside a lot and moving around, and not working at the computer. It's frustrating, because I want to write and edit podfic. : ( Anyway, smack me if you see me typing over the next few days.
