Anyway, this is a sweet and tender story that I think anyone can enjoy, regardless of how much you know or don't know about Scott's expedition. Thanks to the author for letting me record it!

Yay! You posted it. I'm listening to it streaming and it sounds fantastic. Aasdkjsakld. It has gotten me all flail-y and excited about polar explorers again. My squeaky sounds of delight are scaring my dogs. This is totally going on my travel playlist.

Oh, I am so glad you're enjoying it! I mean, I don't usually record podfic for the author of the story (most of them don't give any feedback) but for podfic listeners. But I am always extra happy when the author does enjoy the podfic!

Also, will there be more of this fic? It's listed as the first fic in a series on the AO3. *curious*
