Help with pronunciation of CKR character's name?

I'll be recording brigantine's awesome dS/Men With Guns crossover Out From Under for my next podfic project. The thing is, I haven't seen the movie, so I don't know how to pronounce "Mamet". MAY-met, MAH-met, mam-ET, mam-EH? brigantine thought it was MAH-met but wasn't sure, as it's only said once or so in the movie.

Does anyone know? Sorry to be spamming you all...

i think it's mam-ET like david mamet? i don't have a clear recollection of what they say in the film, but that seems right.

also? the movie's terrible, but GAH. callum is beautiful and strange and kind of amazing in it, like more than even usual.

AND OMG, how awesome ARE you? i love that story SO MUCH. i can't wait to hear your recording.

Yeah, I love that story, too. It's so much fun to choose new podfic projects, don't you think? There are so many good stories to choose from...
