Okay, I'm going to cave and do a scaled-down version of that December meme. So! If you want to ask me something, or want me to write about some particular topic, go ahead. : )
Topic: talk about a podfic project you where you grew a lot as a podficcer, and whether you'd change anything about how you recorded that project if you did it now.
Preferably on December 17th ('cause then it would be posted on my birthday): something about your first finding and becoming involved with due South fandom.
Okay so this might be really weird and you may have to skip it cause I don't remember whether you've read it yet, but if you have: What cool/interesting information did you glean from that book about horses K lent you? (IDK I keep randomly remembering that book! *g*)
And/or: Something about folk songs or fairy tales.
Imagine that you can spend as much time as you like, doing whatever you like, with the persons you choose. There are no real-world limitations on budget, travel, even the laws of physics.
And then choose two people:
1) A fictional person
2) A real person (from any time; doesn't matter if they're currently alive or not) who is or was some sort of public figure (e.g., celebrity, politician, historical figure, writer/artist/creator/musician, etc).
Who do you choose, and what would you do with them?
If it's ok to request halfway through, I have a couple! Any date you choose.
1. Tell us why you love due South -- without spoilers!
2. Tell us about a few non-fiction books you love. Whatever number suits you -- let's say between one and five. (I hate when people want a "top 3" and I'm like, "but I have four!" or whatever.)
I believe someone already asked something rather similar, but I'd love to know how you came to like folk music, and which different countries' music you know and enjoy.
