Microphone fail

luzulaArrrgh, argh. I've been getting really bad quality from my microphone lately, and done various fiddling and re-recording. This in a situation where I already don't have a lot of time for podficcing, so it's been going glacially slow. It turns out that the reason was that I'd switched to the rear microphone on my ZOOM H2, which picks up a wider angle, when I was recording songs with my sister, and then forgotten to switch back. How stupid can you get?
So now I guess I just scrap what I recorded recently and re-record it for the third time. Gah, I have lost so much recording time with this. Well, now at least I know what the problem was.
