General update

luzula1) Eeee, I wrote 200 words of story! It's been so long (since last Yuletide, in fact, if you don't count drawerfic about me and my long-time crush). Anyway: I have a story in my head, and it feels so good. I'm not going to tell you the fandom, in case it ends up as my Yuletide story--in fact, right now I feel like not signing up for Yuletide and instead giving this as an extra Yuletide gift to someone who requests the fandom. (Obviously because that way it'll get more attention than if I just randomly post it--it's a rare fandom.)
2) I finally sent fanmail to Ursula Le Guin. I've been meaning to do this, and I realized that I better do it now, before it's too late.
3) Re: mountain of remaining translation work, I have asked some people for help, so I won't have to do it all. Which is a good life lesson, I guess: ask for help, if you can't do it all yourself.
4) I have a cold. I had planned go out to pick lingonberries and mushrooms, but nope, not happening. *whines and grumbles*
