General update
Jan. 30th, 2016 11:47 pm1) After a recommendation from a friend, I am trying this daily seven-minute workout thing. I've done it three days in a row so far and feel quite positive about it. It's been difficult to motivate myself to go to the gym because it feels like such a big project every time, but this is easy to fit into my daily routine and I don't need any weights or anything. Also, judging from the muscle ache, it is having an effect. I have a fairly good track record of making habits of things, so let's hope this one sticks.

vascular plants: 43 (obviously not my focus in the wintertime)
