This is a fairy tale told in the style of a regency romance. It's hilarious, and has lots of lovely banter.
Up Close and Personal by Sheila_Snow (43000 words)
This is fanfic for Jurassic Park III, and there's some slash, but frankly I don't care, because the main attraction is Alan Grant getting adopted by a velociraptor pack. I'm not sure I can adequately convey how awesome that is, and I'd gladly read twice as many words about it. My boyfriend has listened to me squee about this story all evening.
