For dSSS, I got the Fraser/Smithbauer story Two Roads Diverged. Actually, it filled both of my fic requests, one of which was for Fraser family backstory and the other for Fraser/Smithbauer, since it's set in their teenage years. It's a bittersweet story of Mark briefly coming back to Inuvik before going off to join the NHL, and I loved it! I have a feeling it was written by [personal profile] akamine_chan, although it could also have been [personal profile] andeincascade, perhaps? Whoever you are, thank you so much! &hearts

For Yuletide, I got the Pancho and Lefty story Lefty Sings the Blues! It's an aching and bittersweet story written from Lefty's POV, and it really is just what I wanted for Yuletide. I loved it so much! &hearts If you like the song, you should totally read it.

Ha, I now notice that I used the word "bittersweet" to describe both stories. Well, fair enough--there are some similarities, I guess. : )

Please feel free to guess which stories I wrote (if you didn't beta-read them, that is)! Hmm, I have no idea how recognizable my dSSS fic is. Maybe it's obvious? Or not. I'll be surprised if anyone guesses my Yuletide fic, though, given that it's in a fandom I've never written before. I'll give you a clue: it's in a fandom I have recorded podfic for (but I've recorded podfic in more than fifty fandoms, so you still have plenty to choose from).

Random guess?

I think you wrote "All Directions Are South, All Signs Point to Yes". Mostly because it's Fraser backstory with a couple of nudges at Martha's own backstory.

Plus there's the almost reverential take on stories and how Fraser and Innusiq as well as the rest of Innusiq's family see them. *g*

"All Directions Are South, All Signs Point to Yes" is my guess, too. Or "Spring Thaw."

Now I think it might be Sui Generis, but then I could be completely off-base with these guesses.
