1) My shoulders and neck are abominably stiff and achy and have been for some time (I blame the week I went dogsledding). Am cutting down on computer time for a while, thus no Amplirecathon, fandom appreciation challenge, or tag wrangling. Am also trying to stretch a lot, do appropriate exercise, and apply liniment. *tries to be patient*

2) I have received my Remix assignment. I'm compatible pairing-wise with my recipient, but there has so far been no lightning-bolt of inspiration. I do have a little germ of an idea, though, and I'm hoping it will grow.

3) I won two awesome auctions on help_japan: fic from [personal profile] sage and [personal profile] helens78! \o/

4) Er, I am not pregnant, in case you wondered after my earlier post where I was worrying about it. *is relieved*

Oh my goodness, I somehow missed that earlier worry post. *snuggles retroactively*

Ow shoulders. It seems to me that when you go dogsledding you should also get Benton Fraser with his special liniment. It's only fair. I bet you're right that the exertion made your period late. *toasts your relief*

Oh, I hope your aches lessen eventually, Luz! *sends Dief with Fraser's ointment made from seekrit ingredients*

Re no.4: I'm happy for you. Nothing worse than being in that situation if you're not eager to have babies.

Massage? Too weird? Too expensive? This is so stupid and I don't even know if there's an equivalent in Sweden, but I used to have massive success with Crunch: Candelight Yoga (http://www.amazon.com/Crunch-Candlelight-Yoga-Sara-Ivanhoe/dp/B00006FMB2). I used to force myself to do it, crying the whole time, when I had migraines. But it helped a lot with this horrible neck tightness I get with migraines. Anyway. No other yoga thing. Just that particular one. *shrugs*

Even though an imaginary baby!Luzula is super-cute, I am relieved to hear that we do not need to be worried anymore. :)

I do agree your genes are superb, but babies ought to be passionately desired when they are conceived.

Except for the ridiculous distance, you sound like what everyone here has been fighting- muscle pain and fatigue not amenable to excersize, massage, or normal analgysics, as part of a package with assorted other symptoms where one is weakest.

Glad you're not unintentionally pregnant; there are few worse feelings than that "no matter what I do, I'm going to have to deal with this" and few better than waking up to find you're not. I've always fallen on the latter side of the line, although not for being perfect, just lucky.

Julia, having been reading LJ with stunning imperfection this past couple of weeks, and having missed the original post
