I want to do right, but not right now

luzulaI got back from my dogsledding trip yesterday, and it was so completely awesome. *happy sigh*
Now, I've just had teaching for four hours, and I've kind of got a cold, and in a couple of hours I'm leaving again for a conference this weekend where I'm a speaker and I have not properly prepared my talk yet. Arrgh. I get the feeling I'm not the only one swamped by RL, either.
What I feel like doing is staying home to spend time with my boyfriend, read all the new fic that's come out, do some writing of my own, and go out to look at the spring flowers. Arrgh again.

ds_workshop sometime towards the end of next week? I just want someone to check the language, and to see if there's some obvious question I'm not answering. I'll probably be all right if noone offers, though--I'm not as worried about this as I would be about a story.
