So I just taught my first class at my new job, and it was your garden-variety math class: demonstrate a few problems on the board, then go around answering people's questions. And at the end, a student comes up to me and says: "You're like an ordinary-life superhero! Math skills are awesome!"

Awwww. ♥ Way to make my day, student.
