Tell me what to write?

So I feel like I haven't been writing much lately. I did write my C6DVD and enjoyed it muchly, so it's not that I've been blocked as such, just that I've been really busy with other stuff. Also that being fannish is taking up a bit less of my brainspace these days, I think. But I do want to write! That joy of being creative is something I do not want to lose.

So, here are the fic ideas that I am looking at and trying to decide between.

Southbound: The Victoria gen fic about what happens with her post-Victoria's Secret. Please, just kick me in the butt and tell me to go read the 8,000 words I already have of this. I need to reread and revise it, and it's ridiculous not to finish this fic when I have so much of it written.

The Bob-dies-instead-of-Caroline AU: I wrote a teaser for this last year, and I think I could channel my environmental activism interests into it. It would be Fraser/Eric Kitikmeot, with them fighting to stop the dam together, along with Buck and Caroline. Could conceivably be a Big Bang.

Fraser/Thatcher in space: This would be a prequel to the Status Report stories I wrote for sage last year. Basically there would competitiveness, prickly sexual tension, and then finally partnership (and sex).

Long Bob/Buck/Caroline fic: I've only written them in bits and pieces before, but I'd love to write something with actual plot. sage has offered to give me her plot ideas, since I have none of my own. : )

dS science fiction AU: I have sooo many ideas for this story. Basically it's a rewriting of the pilot (ha, I've done a lot of those) with lots of xenobiology and terraforming and worldbuilding. Worldbuilding, yay! Would definitely be Big Bang-length.

This is a terrible choice, I want ALL OF THESE. I think I am most intrigued with the long B/B/C (hehehe, BBC) fic and the science fiction AU, though. Worldbuilding! Worldbuilding is the best.

I am maybe leaning towards the worldbuilding, I think? I mean, I'm reading a lot of SF these days, so I'm kind of longing to try it myself.

Oh oh oh, I want the Victoria fic. I think you know that already. :) But also long and plotty Bob/Buck/Caroline, that sounds AWESOME, and I love the way you write them.

Oh noes! So hard to choose! They all sound awesome, so instead of choosing outright, how about I put them in a "priority order" :

ETA: I was going to start writing on this last night, but then I got side-tracked into researching the health effects of living on a planet with higher gravity...I suspect this sort of thing will happen again. (The answer is: nobody really knows, but speculation is always fun.)

Thank you, poking much appreciated! : ) I have spent the evening doing other stuff (baking bread, doing laundry, cooking a huge batch of beans, and writing long emails about board work) so I still feel pretty productive, though. Will endeavor to write tomorrow!

And/or the Buck/Bob/Caroline. And hey, the start of Big Bang isn't too far away, you could plan on either this one or the Bob-dies AU for a Big Bang project.

And yeah, it's a good idea to start writing on the fic I intend to be the Big Bang now, I think. Just to avoid future stress...

Heh, both Big Bangs I've done were pieces I had started on beforehand and used the Big Bang as motivation to finish.

Which I think I'll do this year, if I do BB at all -- I'd like to, but it may not be a good idea RL-wise. But I've got this second part of Victoria's Daughter that really needs to get written before it's too late... I'm thinking I might join up on a "I know I may have to drop out" basis for the sake of at least making some progress.
