Fall is coming and the insect and vascular plant season is coming to an end. 864 plants is a pretty good run, though, and I'm sure I'll get some more before winter. And the fungi season has started! I also got a field guide to land snails, we'll see how that goes.
ETA: Also, I am the ONLY WOMAN in the top twenty-five list for all of Sweden on the national species reporting site.

Date: 2016-09-01 09:35 pm (UTC)Yeah, I don't know. I've definitely met lots of female nature geeks, but maybe this competitive thing is mostly male. I am holding the flag high, anyway; I am currently in 12th place overall.
