Oh, joy! Uh. We actually dealt with this because the Gentleman Jack wrangler was dealing with another Donald Cameron of Lochiel who married one of Anne Lister's lovers, so the disambigs will probably be in the form "X Lochiel". Sigh. Thanks for the heads-up.

Ha ha, sorry for complicating your wrangling life! *g* I went with the Wikipedia style of disambig, but do it how you like. This one's the 19th, I believe.
