Date: 2020-08-25 08:34 pm (UTC)I'm not sure about glissando, either--that's when you glide from note to note, whereas what I was at least trying to do in the last line is to sing several notes rapidly in a row.
Then there's another thing which is common in folk music, which is called "förslag" in Swedish, but I don't know the English name. It's when a main note is preceded by a short other note which you don't put any emphasis on--you can see this in the musical notation because the note is typeset with a smaller size.
Glad you enjoyed it, anyway! And I figure Keith can stand some Jacobite music now and then--his side won, after all. *g*
