I don't really have any set goals this month, just to keep plodding along with writing.

Checking in for the first day! I got barely any writing done in January, so my goal for February is simply to write at least ten minutes each day, although I'm hoping to work up to longer writing sessions over time.

Day 1: Having finished a fic draft yesterday, today I started writing up a meta post which I made notes for a while ago.

Ooh, goals... I would like to make progress on my next Flight of the Heron fic, although I won't aim to finish it as I have no idea how long it's going to be yet. Also I want to sign up for once_upon_fic and make a start on my assignment!

I am checking in for day one. My goal for the day was to get past a sticky part, which I have done! Flow is restored.

For February as a whole, perhaps I will aim to finish the next three-part section of this WIP of Doom.

Heya! So excited to check-innn lol. I did very little writing in Jan, kind of burned out by everything, so I gave myself a stretch goal of 40k this month! If I get to 20k, I'll be happy though; and a whole host of other plans (https://hogwartstoalexandria.dreamwidth.org/28444.html).

Starting slow on the writing, I wrote a drabble for a drabble_zone amnesty prompt; posted the final tally for January; revealed creators for my flash; set the schedule for the next round of my Silver Streak Flash and watched/listened to a ton of stuff. Oh and spent 30 minutes on Duolingo so, overall a productive day!

Wow, 40K is a lot, but that's what stretch goals are for, I guess! Good luck with reaching it, or at least 20K. And good work on your writing and other accomplishments today.

Clocking in at 275 words for today! Not nothing. And a goal to finish this entry in the epistolary story I'm writing with E, so that I can move on to the fic idea waiting in the wings behind it.

(And no, haven't tried dictation software yet. At the moment, I'm doing ok as long as I don't sit in the same position for too long...)

Well, I'll jump on in, I guess. Today I figured out that I need to change POV on this Chocolate Box treat, and rewrote a bunch of it which ended up adding about 250 net words.

My goals for February are to finish this fic and to make headway on my two Worldbuilding Exchange assignments.

For February, I have two deadlines of the 15th to submit original short stories, and I’m hoping to have the focus for those tomorrow night.

For today, Day 1, I wrote an alibi poem of 107 words, called, “Walking away from Perdition,” about the dangers of complacency in troubling times.

Day 1: Instead of working on my current novel, I wrote ~450 words of notes/ideas for a new story...hesitantly dubbed "Regency magic universe." (It's just a baby idea right now, and I don't exactly have plans for it, but it was fun to brainstorm!)

I also did more research today. I'm reading "Elegant Etiquette in the 19th century" by Mallory James.

Day 1 - Managed to write about 3000 words to an existing WIP. For February, my only goals is to finish editing my FFFX assignment and finish a Choco box treat :D

My writing goals tend to be more fannish goals in general. First, definitely to work on deadlines! Both writing ones but also to start laying down some narration for upcoming podfic deadlines later in the year. I'm also doing binderary this month (just the beginner version to bind one book in the whole month) so that will be a running project as well.

Feb 1: Just a few sentences on my double drabble (due far too soon).

Feb 1: Transcription and editing and a few new sentences on a FotH thing. Not sure if it's going anywhere, but it was nice to do more than an alibi sentence.


Goals: To write every day. Everything is in such upheaval right now that I have no clue what I'll have the energy to work on, nor what kind of progress might be possible to make.

My general goal for "Write Every Day" this month is exactly that: to write every day this month. I have never yet had a month where I wrote every single day, so let's see if I accomplish it this time.

My specific goal for this month is to write a fic for the annual Psychic Wolves for Lupercalia fanworks challenge. I'm writing something for it in the C6D fandom of "Twitch City" and immediately before doing this post I wrote the first 105 words for it.

Hello! Thanks for hosting this month! My writing goals for February are to finish a longer fic I've been working on (let's call it WIP 1), but since it's plotty, I could use a mental break from it, so I've decided to try to work on and finish some shorter fics in the meantime. My more general writing goal is to maintain an average of 400 words per day per WIP.

Day 1: 524 words on WIP 1, and 2,099 words on WIP 2 which I just started today for the aforementioned break from WIP 1 purposes.
