Wow, this seems to be the weekend of fannish productivity for me. So much podficcing. This one has been a WIP for about a month and a half, and I finally got around to finishing it! Mmm, I love my new recording equipment.

NOTE: If you had trouble with the long mp3 version, you can download it again--it's fixed, thanks to [livejournal.com profile] cybel.

Reader's notes: This story is one of the classics of the fandom, and one of my favorite AU:s. Ray and Fraser are English professors, and the canon is adapted wonderfully to fit this scenario. I love the slow and delicious courtship in this story. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] thehoyden for letting me record it, I enjoyed it! If anyone wants smaller files with lower quality, I'd be glad to upload some. ETA: Almost forgot, [livejournal.com profile] akamine_chan beta-listened to the first part of this. Any mispronunciations in the other parts are my fault, obviously.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for recording this one. I've listened to the computer voice read this story more than twenty times over the years. I look forward to hearing your version so much.

Hey, dear, I wanted to let you know that you have some really odd technical problems in the complete file version, which I listened to all the way through today. Right around the 1 hour mark, there were several short sections where you probably made edits where I ended up hearing one version in one stereo channel (and consequently, in one ear) while I hear another version/section on the other channel and in the other ear. This happened maybe three times between the one hour mark and maybe around the 1:20 mark. I am wondering if this was from cutting and pasting while you were editing. If you need more specific notes, let me know.

Great reading, thanks again.
