Frannie recs + writing update

I posted five recs of Frannie gen over at the fan_flashworks Amnesty challenge, thus also earning a badge for having posted three gen works. Here it is:


I am totally motivated by the badge system. In fact, I have a spreadsheet keeping track of potential badges. *g*

Also, my Midsummer fic is going well now! In fact, I wrote 1200 words on it the day before yesterday. *thanks all the muses* Which, of course, doesn't mean that I can slack off now--I need to finish it, and also work on my Big Bang. So do feel free to tell me to write...

Badges! They're great! Or possibly terrible! (Motivation to write! Motivation to write things I don't have time to write! Ah, the tragedy.) :)

I know, right? I wasn't going to do anything for this round, but then I was all, oh, new badges, and I had to do something to be able to count old works toward the new badges...I figured a rec set would take less time than writing something, but then of course I had to read through a lot of fic instead. *g*

Yeah, I'm glad the mods used those suggestions!
