I thought I didn't like brussel sprouts because my mother used to boil all her vegetables.

I have since learned the appeal of maple syrup and bacon sprouts and I will never look back.

I am informed that we will be experimenting with a new recipe this go: roasting them with gochujang. I imagine that also will prove tasty!
